Check your control settings for the steering sensitivity slider, it'll be relatively close to the top. Slide to the left to lower, to the right to raise. While in there its a good idea to check and see if its preset to 'wheel' or 'joystick'. The game will default to wheel even if you've selected keyboard+controller from the drop-down menu.

Up to that point, all the graphics settings take the desired effect. After it, even the GPU enforced ones disappear. In options -> controls, look for "Alternate mouse cursor controller" (almost all the way down)-> controller selection , click reset, click ignore for every device it suggests. Not sure if you need to do this on a profile level or if you can do it from the main screen so it works for all profiles. Suggest you just start the profile you have the ZwYF.
