Edit1: it says I could use the itch app to also launch AC Content Manger, however when I hit launch all it does is open my ac-content-manager folder on my computer. the only files that are in there are .itch folder and a Manifest.json, there is NO content manager.exe. Ihave Fanatec Clubsport pedals and h-shifter. Whenever I launch from Content Manager the clutch doesn't seem to work. I can still take off from a stand still (like autoclutch is working), but changing gears just destroys the gearbox. If I choose the same car from within Assetto Corsa (rather than using the Content Manager), it works just fine.

nowthat i downloaded it and placed in correctly in the lua joypad assist folder, it still doesn't show up. 99% of apps and mods you can just drag the zip file over CM and then click on the 3 lines in the top right and click install.
ContentManager - Controller buttons always waiting for input. I haven't gotten a wheel yet, so I'm planning on using a PS3 (yes ik, old af but still good) controller but Content Manager is being a b*tch and won't register when I press buttons to map any button, but I can see on the right that the button is indeed being pressed
Im not to sure if this will work for the PS5 controller, but for any other conttroller, you could just do this. You can sort this out by going to the steam's big picture mode > library > assetto corsa > manage game > properties > controller configuration, there tick the option which says xbox 360 controller (or untick if it has already been ticked ) u1Z1.
