The Audi e-tron and e-tron Sportback are covered for eight years or 160,000km, whichever comes first. The vehicles themselves comes with a three-year/unlimited-kilometre new-car warranty. Mercedes-Benz battery warranty The GOM will use the recent driving to estimate range. If all of your drives are short with the heat blasting in winter, in ANY car the range will be much shorter than it would in summer on a long trip. That is what the GOM is telling you. If your drives are 2km to takeout or grocery with the heat blasting, the km per kWh will be low. The battery is meant to last the life of the vehicle, and is covered under an eight-year/100,000-mile warranty. Driving Modes. There are 4 different driving modes which you cab select using the ev button. EV Mode In EV mode the A3 e-tron uses the electric motor and depending how you drive, gets 17-20 miles of range. The less expensive 50 e-tron model isn't going to cost significantly less to cover, as it's only one group lower. Warranty. The Q8 e-tron is covered by Audi's standard three-year/60,000-mile manufacturer guarantee, however there's also an eight-year/100,000-mile policy that covers the battery.
