As far as I know it's impossible to glitch money after the patch, even if you delete the patch since the glitching process itself requires you to use online features. HOWEVER, I've heard a few mentions of an "offline money glitch". I don't know what it is or if it even works but if someone here does they may be able to solve your problem. WHOY.
