Idk my personal feeling is that D4 is like D2, D3 and Lost Ark had a 3 way love child. It takes a little out of D2, with the return of Uniques and the musical score. The monsters also feel more like an upgraded D2 than a remade D3. Necromancer appears to have returned to the D2 motif and play style compared to D3.
First of all, let me just say that I played all the Diablo games, including D2 when it first came out and it was my favorite game by far. After playing D2R a week, the novelty is quickly wearing out and the game feels very dated. The new graphics is better, but still doesn’t come close to D3.
